Agent Shell Enterprises Ltd is a holding company formed to launch and own multiple operating businesses in the agentic software space. We build companies with strong technical foundations, clear governance, and a long-term focus on execution.
Our operating model separates products into distinct subsidiaries so each company can have its own operating team, incentives, and risk profile — while sharing group-level standards for security, EU data residency, and reliability.

Operating Subsidiaries
Our current plan is to launch two daughter companies under the Agent Shell Enterprises holding company:
- AgentHub (planned subsidiary): The software company behind the AgentHub agentic development platform.
- AgentShells (planned subsidiary): The hosting company providing infrastructure services for humans and agent developers.
This structure enables different operating teams with different ownership allocations based on effort and risk, and it improves risk containment and operational clarity across the group.
